Pumpkin pie

Ready-made pastry.
125 grammes chopped pumpkin.
1 cup unsweetened condensed milk
1cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
174 teaspoon nutmeg 

1.- Put the pastry into a pie dish.
2.- Boil or bake the pumpkin for 10 minutes. Leave to cool.
3.-Mash the pumpkin. Add condensed milk ( or mató ), brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well.
4.- Pour the mixture onto the pastry.
5.- Bake at 200ºC for 50 minutes. Yum!
